Frank Valencia gets out of prison. DeAndre gets him laid and takes him to dinner.
(NPC) The Warlord approaches Liberal Anxiety who agrees to side with them when they invade.
Lee convinces SFPD to get out the Law choir to patrol the city for Pure.
Make deals with car gafflings to hunt Pure in the city limits.
Lee begins visiting the prisoner and talking to him.
Start forging lunar roads.
Lee talks to Yasir about the dragon they found sleeping under Mt. Diablo.
