Background

Angry drunk was born of hard-drinking miners, prospectors, and men working the docks. It has lost some power since the Barbary Coast days ended, but still subsists well on the bluster of homeless drunks, abuses of alcoholic husbands, and violence of drunken mobs. It wanders the city, having no particular home.
