Anciano Rey ("Elder King") is the Ancestor Spirit of the Sangre de Reyes bloodline and defacto head of the protectorate. It dwells in Hercules, Contra Costa, served by the Hermanos de la Sangre.

Stats
Anciano Rey is the ancestor spirit of an ancient line of Uratha who originated as warlord-kings among the Basque in southwestern Europe before the dawn of civilization. It is said it remembers the time before the Gauntlet, which is why it is so adept at breaching it. It cleaves to the current branch of the bloodline in America because of its honor and purity, though many Uratha carry the family's blood in their veins, including the Aguirres (though they aren't aware of this). It isn't as heavy-handed as many ancestor spirits but it comes down hard on any violations of purity or dishonorable behavior and has killed those it deems unforgivable itself, so as to avoid tainting the souls of the faithful.
