Locus

A remanent of the Great Sand Waste, this fenced sandy lot is next door to the Chinese restaurant that the Sons of Heaven uses for their base of operations. The locus itself is the sand pit in the center and its influence extends to the whole of the lot. The only things in the lot are some dumpsters and a light post. Two locked gates lead through the fences, one to a back alley and one to the street.
