This is the history of Las Vegas in the Second Chances campaign.

• March 16, 1911: Las Vegas becomes an incorporated city.
• July 7, 1930: Construction begins on Hoover Dam.
• March 19, 1931: Gambling legalized in Las Vegas.
• April 3, 1941: El Rancho Vegas is opened on what would become the Las Vegas Strip, featuring an all-you-can-eat buffet.
• 1941: Leo the Griff escapes from the Mistress of Cruelties.
• March 20, 1945: At the Vernal Equinox, Leo the Griff and Bloody Jim establish the freehold, swearing oaths to Day and Night, respectively.
• January 27, 1951: First atmospheric atomic test at the Nevada Test Site.
• 1964: Ophelia the Corpse Child and the Cannibal arrive in Las Vegas where they live unnoticed for a year. John Noir also returns.
• 1965: Pops returns from Faerie and opens The Thirsty Dog.
• November 24, 1966: Howard Hughes arrives in Las Vegas and moves into the Desert Inn, which he later purchases and uses as the base for his empire.
• 1967: Fat Betty returns to Las Vegas after ten years in Faerie.
• 1970: Robert Smith is sentenced to life for murder.
• 1976: Dame Anastasia returns after eight years with the Prince of Sands.
• 1978: Blind Matt returns from the mountains.
• November 21, 1980: Devastating fire at the MGM Grand.
• 1981: Bloody Jim goes missing and Ophelia ascends as Night Queen with John Noir as her Knight.
• 1983: Lady Scarlet escapes from Dionysis.
• 1987: Jane Starchild falls from the skies over Faerie.
• November 22, 1989: The first mega-resort, The Mirage, opens.
• 1991: Digital Dave and Back-Alley Sam escape from the Grays.
• 1992: Bast returns and becomes lorekeeper for the Sun court.
• 1994: Jangling Jack returns, claims his inheritance, and helps Fat Betty found the Halfway House.
• 1995: Marv Marble finds himself in Sin City.
• 1996: Lucky Kate returns and becomes financier of the Moon Court.
• 2003: Horse and Annie Axe escape from the Prince of Sands.
