Grind is an underground rave nightclub in Lower Haight. It is currently claimed by Rave and is popular with technoshamanic mages, changelings, and satanist vampires. Ecstasy, methamphetamine, ketamine, and LSD are widely used. It is not advertised or marked, relying on word of mouth, and the various supernatural entities who frequent it assist in keeping it secret.

Description

Down an alley, down a stairwell to an unmarked, heavy steel door. This is Grind. The entire basement of the building is the club with a staircase in the back (beside the DJ's booth) leading up to the first floor storage, offices, and loading dock. The place is kept very dark except for neon around the bar and blacklight here and there. An unholy, confusing amalgam of booths and tables litter the area around the dance floor and a catwalk circles the entire place, leading to the DJ's booth.
