Oliver is Rose's father and first cousin to Edward and Walter. He is married to Rose and has two other children: Jackie (22) and Bernard (14). He is in charge of the human affairs of the pack and acts as VP of Operations of Black Dog Security.

A tall, slender Caucasian man in his late 40s with short reddish-brown hair, gray eyes, and pale skin. He wears black t-shirts, black jeans, and western boots. When outdoors, he wears a black windbreaker and cap, both with the company logo on them. He has several puckered gunshot scars on his chest and abdomen and is missing the pinky on his heavy scarred right hand. He wears his wedding ring on his left.

Oliver is a hard, practical man. He has the body language of a cop but with an air of heightened menace. He is dedicated to his family and loyal to its leader, but would be hesitant to kill either of his daughters for the family spirit. He is of the opinion that they are greater than spirits and shouldn't take such orders from them.
