Plot

Larios approaches Randal Gray with an obscene offer to buy out his 33% of Aurelian Exploration with an agreement to use his lawyers to combat any legal action on Tolliver's part.

• Man fitting Tolliver's description seen entering the house at 7:50pm and leaving at 8:15pm (Mia in disguise)

• Setup: Eva drives Jean to the airport, Nicole is dropped off by stretch humvee driven by a hunky blonde chauffeur. Car follows her when she leaves.

Dinner Meeting

• Location: Tolliver's place? (Friday Night)
• Participants: Tolliver, Angelina
• Setup: Angelina shows up without Larios, wants to buy in personally. All a ploy to get another night with Tolliver to set up the frame.

New Stalker

• Location: Deirdre's apartment (Late Friday Night)
• Participants: Deirdre, Liam
• Setup: Deirdre catches Liam watching her, may mistake him as a fan.

Questions

• Location: Daisy's shop (Saturday Morning)
• Participants: Daisy, Tina, FBI guy
• Setup: Daisy comes in to find an FBI guy questioning Tina about her and the customers. Asks her downtown to answer more questions if Daisy complains.

Search Warrant

• Location: Tolliver's house (Saturday Afternoon)
• Participants: Tolliver, Tracy Felton, cops
• Setup: Randal Gray's murder is announced in the morning. Felton shows up to ask Tolliver downtown for questioning and to execute a search warrant.

After Hours

• Location: Daisy's shop (Saturday Night)
• Participants: Mr. Kwan, Daisy
• Setup: Kwan comes to her shop late, looking for rare herbs, seemingly alarmed.

Arrest

• Location: Tolliver's house (Sunday Morning)
• Participants: Tolliver, Felton, cops
• Setup: Felton shows up to arrest Tolliver for the murder of Randal Gray.

Press Conference

• Location: TV at Tolliver's house (Tuesday Night)
• Participants: George Soto, Kim Anderson
• Setup: Replay of his press conference yesterday where he stated Tolliver's arrest.

Tango with the Sex Goddesss

• Location: Asian Fusion restaurant (Tuesday Night)
• Participants: Eva, Daisy, Vicki Raith
• Setup: Vicki is vague at first, asking if Eva requires recompense for what happened to her son. Then she re-visits the agreement for them not to see each other again. She fishes for whether they know where she is. She tries to facilitate talking through whammies and social combat.

Stalker (Part Two)

• Location: Deirdre's apartment (Tuesday Night)
• Participants: Deirdre, Liam
• Setup: Liam is waiting in her room when she gets home, a sword across his knees. He asks her why he shouldn't kill her.

Paparazzi (Part One)

• Location: Tolliver's house (Wednesday Morning)
• Participants: Tolliver, "the press"
• Setup: Tolliver is confronted with questions about the murder and his associations (particularly who Nicky is). Begin the extended social combat to ruin his reputation. Also, paparazzi will be following him around.

Office Visit

• Location: Eva's office (Thursday Morning)
• Participants: Eva, Vicki
• Setup: Vicki is in Eva's office and compels her to tell her where Nichole is.

The Case

• Location: Tolliver's house (Thursday Morning)
• Participants: Tolliver, Paul
• Setup: Tolliver's lawyer, Paul, goes over the case that the prosecution has on him.

Call from Max

• Location: Tolliver's cellphone (Thursday Afternoon)
• Participants: Tolliver, Max Raith
• Setup: Max asks Tolliver to return his daughter, threats ensue.

Messing with His Head

• Location: Solomon's apartment (Thursday Night)
• Participants: Solomon, Jean, Vicki
• Setup: Vicki shows up and whammies the two men to gain entrance, tells Jean that Tolliver is holding Nicki hostage and that his mother has lied to him about her, that Nicky can be saved if he truly loves her and they have sex, that him taking the risk will show the love is true. Solomon calls Eva after Jean storms out. Jean shows up at Eva's apartment demanding to know where Nicky is, accusing her of deceiving him, saying he can save her.
