Notes

Assistant Director Roycroft of the Classified Operations Division reports directly to Director Harper. His organization is small, only a couple dozen agents (several of whom are minor talents), and relies on the rest of the Bureau for support services. He been with the Bureau for over 45 years and has held his current position since 1980.

Special Security Directorate (SSD)

• Established at the same time as DHS (2003), bringing together groups under a number of agencies. All members remain part of their constituent group but follow the orders of the Director rather than reporting through their local command structure. The biggest members:
  • FBI: Classified Operations Division (1938, "C.O.D.", "Clod")
  • CIA: Special Directorate (1949, "Spec D", "D5")
  • SS: Special Protection Unit (1906, "S.P.U.")
• Director is Issac Harper, former Special Advisor to the President.
• Considers members of Accorded Nations to not be U.S. Citizens and "unlawful combatants", as specified in a classified Presidential Directive.
