Locus

The Basement was one of the few bath houses actually on Castro Street and was practically deserted when the order came for it to shut down in 1984 due to an outbreak of AIDS among the regulars. When Jeff McShane found it, there was an infected Wound and a small nest of Beshilu. After the war, the newly formed pack purchased the property, cleared it out, used the Rite of Hallowed Ground to close the wound, and claimed it as their own. With some nurturing, the power of the locus increased and it has been their dark, humid base of operations ever since. It is centered on a bench in one of the side rooms but its influence covers the entire establishment. It is controlled by the Rainbow Guard.
