Locus

Finilla's was one of the few bath houses actually on Castro Street, dating back to the 1910s when it was Little Scandanavia, and was shut down with the rest in 1986. When Jeff McShane found it, there was an infected Wound and a small nest of Beshilu. After the war, the newly formed pack purchased the property, cleared it out, used the Rite of Hallowed Ground to close the wound, and claimed it as their own. With some nurturing, the power of the locus increased and it has been their dark, humid base of operations ever since. It is centered on a bench in one of the side rooms but its influence covers the entire establishment. It is controlled by the Rainbow Guard.
