The Court of the Bay consists almost exclusively of nature and elemental spirits local to the San Francisco Bay. It is led by the spirit of the bay itself and has in the past opposed the [[:Category:Court of the Phoenix|Court of the Phoenix]], though the two courts now have something of an accord due to the rise of environmental awareness within the city. Most of the spirits who still seek the destruction of the city have defected to the [[:Category:Court of the Dragon|Court of the Dragon]].
