Background
Grandfather Fog is the spirit of the immense banks of fog which blanket the Pacific shore around the Bay. He is as old as the hills, an ancient and respected member of the Court of the Bay who has little to do with those who are not elementals. He wanders the coast and the western half of the city, watching all that transpires. Customary chiminage is boiled seawater.
