Background
The Scavenger is a spirit well acquainted with the homeless, strays, and parasites of the city. It lurks in trash bins and dumpsters among the discarded food, feeding from the hunger of those who are driven to dig there for their meals. It gifts its children with a knack for finding food, wherever they are, and the ability to stomach it, no matter what form it takes.
