The Scum Fucks formed in 1994 from homeless Uratha in the central Market Street area. Their territorial claims are amorphous, strongest near the intersection of Market and Van Ness but extending west into Haight-Fillmore, north up to Golden Gate, and east into the Tenderloin. This puts them in conflict with at least three, maybe four, other packs but their profile is so low that there hasn't really been an issue made of it yet. Their efforts center on the street culture and they don't generally have much to do with problems outside of that domain, so they have been left alone.

They control Homeless Island and have Scavenger as their pack totem.

The pack broke up after the death of their alpha in June 2008.
