Street Kid used to control the Free Frame of Reference but was driven out of it by the pack. He made a deal with Dark Man to have access to the Dark Alley and has claimed a host, Amy Wu.
Description
It appears as an androgynous 11 or 12-year-old with a dirty face, hollow cheeks, gaunt appearance, and filthy rags for clothes. When confronted, it looks vicious, like a trapped animal, driven by desperate fear to attack.
Storytelling Hints
This spirit is another strong supporter of the Phoenix Court but, like Trash-Eater, doesn’t want the city too clean or prosperous. For the most part, however, it concerns itself with its own immediate interests. Its need to defend its locus is the only reason it hasn’t availed itself of its riding numina.

Background
Street Kid is a spirit of homelessness focusing on the children who come from across the country to the Haight. It is a spirit of deprivation, fear, and despair. It is one of the younger Jagglings in the neighborhood, born in the late-60s but really gaining its current power during the last two decades. After being driven from its locus, it was desperate to find a new source of Essence so that it could fulfill its tithe to San Francisco. It crossed at the Dark Alley and claimed a young street prostitute named Amy Wu.
