Tiresias
From Gothpoodle
Halaku
Tiresias nests in the Murderer's Belfry and his body can be found there when he is using a host.
Description
Tiresias’ current host is an old Caucasian man with wild grey hair and full beard, wearing a bloodstained grey sweatsuit and ratty white sneakers. He often has something covering his eyes, sunglasses or a scrap of cloth, but sometimes he just lets the gaping holes show to the world. He smells of old alcohol and sweat, but his demeanor is unearthly calm.
Storytelling Hints
Calm, patient, and sarcastic, although he is capable of restraining the latter if need be. He has no real interest in anything but the eventual destruction of the city and the feeding frenzy it will entail. During the Great Earthquake, he consumed many of his brethren as well as human corpses, and his current level of power is indicative of that. He imagines that the Big One will bring every Halaku from across the continent and he believes that after consuming them all, he will be powerful enough to become the next Carrion Prince.

Background
This Halaku has haunted the territory around San Francisco since before it was a city. When the 1906 Earthquake and Fire came, it was waiting with many of its brothers and sisters and they feasted well upon the dead. The others left but he waits, with the knowledge that the next one will be much worse. He waits for the destruction of the city with the patience of a buzzard circling over a dying animal. In the meantime, it takes hosts from the homeless and feasts on the forgotten dead. It occasionally trades in information with the other supernatural denizens of the city, but mostly it just watches and waits.
