The belfry of the Emanuel Baptist Church was where William Henry Theodore Durrant stored the bodies of his two victims, Blanche Lamont and Minnie Williams, in 1895. He strangled both women out of lust and hid the bodies in the church they all attended. It is now home to the halaku Tiresias, who can be found here during daylight hours or when he is using a host.
