This is a Beshilu hybrid with extensive physical changes which make it a better warrior but utterly incapable of functioning aboveground.

A huge rat the size of a small horse, rearing upright with clawed human-like hands and glowing yellow eyes.

Storytelling Hints

Driven by fanatical loyalty which allows it to overcome the usual Beshilu cowardice, it will fight to the death to protect its master, be it the Plague-King or Phillip Hellstrom.

• Glowing Eyes: Reduces the attack pools of anyone in close combat by 2 for the duration of combat.
• Inflict Dread: Spend one Essence and roll Presence + Intimidation (5 dice) versus Resolve to drive a human target into a fear-driven panic until the next sunrise.
• Lashing Tail: Gives +2 to Dexterity rolls to maintain balance and +1 to Brawl and Weaponry rolls.
• Slashing Claws: Claws do +1 damage, add another +1 to climbing or digging, and can do aggravated damage with the expenditure of one Essence.
• Swarm Discorporation: Roll Wits + Survival (6 dice) to dissolve into five hundred rats.
