Shifting sands beneath the lush, verdant park. It speaks with the hiss of sand down the face of a dune. It rarely makes itself known, though.

Background
Not actually a spirit of the park itself but the hill upon which it was built, it was originally one of the more powerful sand spirits of the Outside Lands and the first to be tamed by the Tree-Speakers and their allies in the Tree Choir. Now, much diminished and bound by wood, it seethes in hatred for the Uratha who tamed it. It has secretly allied itself with the Court of the Dragon and assists them in their plots to destroy the city. It has kept the presence of the Bale Hound and Beshilu nest beneath it secret from the First Stand and the local Uratha and regularly passes intelligence back to the Predator Kings of the mountains via the Sand Devil.
