The entirety of Portsmouth Square is within the influence of the powerful locus here. It is controlled by Chinatown, who pays a significant tithe of its Essence to San Francisco, who takes up primary residence here, at the heart of the city. It is on the border of the territory between the Brotherhood of the Golden Mountain and the Silver Kings and has been the source of much contention between the two packs.
