One of the oldest of the city packs, the Brotherhood has claimed Chinatown as territory for over a century and a half. It has weathered anti-Chinese sentiment and legislation as well as earthquakes, fires, and a war with the local Ivory Claws that has been going as long as both packs have been in existence. The pack had lost a lot of status and power in the first half of the century, but the easing of immigration restrictions has led to an increase in the Chinese population of the city and the pack has been careful to cultivate careful ties throughout the Bay and keep tabs on the half a dozen Chinese wolf-blooded families therein. This has led to their alpha being the defacto head of a huge protectorate of allied packs extending across the Bay and south to Silicon Valley. All members of this confederacy belong to the Lodge of the Endless Moon, which has caused friction between them and the other Forsaken packs in the area since their arrival. For the most part, they keep to themselves, defend their territory, and patrol their Shadow domain with vicious regularity. During the Castro War, Jiang’s son Wu and his grandson Jiang were killed and, afterwards, Wu’s eldest son Ping joined the Rainbow Guard after divorcing his wife and coming out as a crossdresser and a homosexual.

They claim Portsmouth Square and have Golden Mountain as their pack totem.
