Iron Master Graveyard, Cairn, and Locus
The graveyard and gathering place for the Phelan werewolves is located in Golden Gate Park, north of the primary locus of the Tree-Speakers at Monarch Bear Grove. It is heavily warded to prevent humans from entering the heavily wooded area surrounding it. The locus here was carefully constructed by the ritemasters of the family over the century and a half since they've been in the city.

- Rite of the Spirit Brand witnessed by Lunes, including new Iron Masters.
- Midnight: Discussion of news, sharing of intelligence, and pleas for assistance. Plans are made for the upcoming year.
