Flaco is Christoval's second cousin and Don Zappetillo's nephew. He was in prison with DeAndre and Machete.

Description

Hishu

A tall, whipcord thin Chicano man in his mid 30s with long black hair in a braid to the middle of his back, goatee, and medium skin. He wears a white wife-beater, red bandana, black jeans, and red cowboy boots. There is a tattoo of 'XIV' on his left hand, between thumb and forefinger, and a tattoo of a Huelga bird on his upper right arm. On his back is a tattoo of four wolves coming out of shadows (Four of Us fetish) and on his left leg is a snake (Serenity of Battle fetish). His initiation scar is a winding cut from his right forehead, down the side of his face to his jaw. He has a heavy accent but prefers not to speak. His body language is menacing and he rarely smiles or jokes. He is generally carrying a knife concealed in each boot.

Storytelling Hints

Flaco is the consummate street soldier: loyal, composed, and ready for violence at a moment's notice. He treats werewolf matters the same way he dealt with gang matters: the pack has its turf and it defends it from anyone on the outside trying to move in or anyone on the inside who doesn't show the proper respect, and you don't involve "civilians" (in this case, regular humans). He respects the basic ethics of the game, but doesn't have what would be recognized as human honor as much as the morality of a predator. He holds to the ethics of the Uratha but has abandoned what he had left of human morality.

Abilities

• Whirling Blades: First five attacks to not reduce his Dodge rating.
• Defect and Thrust: Get +2 to Defense and -2 to attack.
• Focused Attack: Attack a singe target twice in a turn with -1 for the second attack and no Defense for the turn.

Background

Danilo, or Danny, Delgado was born to two wolf-blooded parents associated with the Nortenos. At a young age, he was already working as a runner and a lookout, but his cool head and quick reflexes swiftly moved him into more violent assignments. He operated on the front-line throughout his teenage years, kept out of juvenile hall or prison by his wits alone. His reputation got to the point that a group of Sorenos contrived to get him cornered one night and that night, age 17, he Changed. Leaving several mauled bodies in his wake, he was run down by the Caballeros del Alameda and brought into the fold. He was a valuable member of the pack and an excellent warrior until, unwilling to let a Rape-Claimed escape, he attacked and killed him in broad daylight. While the evidence of the man's crimes was taken into consideration, he still ended up doing seven years in prison for manslaughter because of his gang affiliations and the viciousness of the crime. Inside, he became a rather fanatical member of the Lodge of Silence and killed one Uratha who was unable to control himself. He just got out this month and has been sent to join the Caballeros de los Dolores by his former alpha. He isn't thrilled with this, but understands some of the reasoning and is willing to concede.
