• Eva and Solomon do damage control for Jean's reputation with Nicky's assistance.
• The news reports the collapse of an access tunnel at one of Tolliver's mine's in Chile, leaving a dozen miners missing, either trapped or dead.
• Eva talks to Jean about Tulane and makes sure he really wants to go, comforts Jeanette.

Mon Mar 28 2011

• Tolliver's forensics come up empty on the bedclothes.
• Tolliver's PI's having no luck with Soto and Angelina, he notes the report looks fabricated, and brings in an outside agency to investigate in parallel.
• Tolliver has a meeting with the compromised PIs, two of whom are nervous, he gets one of them to break and sign an affidavit.
• Tolliver meets with Paul to go over their case, which is looking good.
• Dinner with Stenstrom at a tacqueria, talk about Olivia and the Accord wrangling.

• Tolliver and Eva met by Maury Quintino of Rio do Ouro Mining Consortium who wants to buy his South American mines.
• Tolliver gets his report from the new PIs, nailing Soto on infidelity, sends him a blackmail note suggesting meeting for dinner.
• Stenstrom tries to capture Liv when he gets word in the evening that the Accord issue has been settled in their favor but she gets away.
• Tolliver meets with Soto and gets him to agree to drop the case against him by Friday.
• Stenstrom exits the Nevernever via Eva's window, tells her what happened, and heads off after Liv.
• Track Liv to Larios' mansion, Stenstrom goes there and isn't admitted, drop him off to meet his wardens and wardhounds.
• Tolliver sends a letter to Martin asking him to turn Olivia over and telling him about Shamsiel.

• Press conference where Soto announces dropping the charges against Tolliver to pursue another lead (former girlfriend).

Mon Apr 4 2011

• Tip off FBI about Olivia, but her identity is solid and they won't pick her up.
• Bo released from the hospital.

• Bo returns to active duty, Bob leaves town.

Tue Apr 12 2011

• Tolliver gets a letter postmarked Bogata, Columbia with no return address. Within is a photo of Olivia chained to a table with thorn manacles in a bare stone room with a single bare bulb, beaten and bleeding and staring imploringly at the camera. Written on the back in neat handwriting is the message 'Much obliged'.
