Description
When it appears, it takes the form of a shimmering golden mountain, like a mirage in the distance, and inspires hope. It has been known to manifest to people who are close to giving up, often at night so that they think it is a dream.

Golden Mountain is the hope people have that the hardships they endure will make a better life for their family. It is concerned, first and foremost, with sacrifices made for this purpose and encourages people to put themselves aside to pursue dreams for their children.

Background
The Golden Mountain is the spirit representation of the hopes and dreams of the Chinese who came to the country in order to make their fortune and provide a better life for themselves and their family. The Brotherhood has nurtured this spirit since their arrival and it has rewarded them with hope and resolve to persist through difficult times. The pack and their totem are very close. It gifts its children with the will to carry on, despite hardships, and the trick of appearing as whomever a person most hopes to see.
