Bounty Hunter
Blind Matt is technically freelance, but spends most of his time tracking down people for Saul Scales and the Sun Court leadership. When there are crimes that effect the whole freehold, he worlds with John Noir to investigate and the two have a good working relationship and professional respect for each other. He lives in his office in Sin City.
Description
A large man covered in white hair with pale blue eyes, small tusks, large hands and feet. He wears a denim jacket with Blind Justice Bond Enforcement on the back in biker style, jeans, a dress shirt and tie, and heavy boots. He generally wears sunglasses and leads with his nose when he moves, often sniffing. There is an aura of sunlight that surrounds him, making him look like he's standing in front of the sun. He smells faintly of wet dog.
