Hollow and Warlock Demense

Located under a house on Upper Terrace in the Twin Peaks neighborhood, this small circular stone room has a blood red crystal (the soul stone) embedded at the top of its dome ceiling. The walls are smooth black stone, like obsidian, and it is unadorned except for a number of woven reed mats and some candlesticks.
