Located under a house on Upper Terrace in the Twin Peaks neighborhood, this small circular stone room with a dome ceiling has smooth black stone walls, like obsidian, and is unadorned except for two woven reed mats and five candlesticks at the points of a silver pentagram inlaid in the floor with High Speech runes.
