Notes
Special Agent Kevin Hunter is the COD's wet work man. When a supernatural entity needs killing, Kevin is the one sent to deal with them. He's always been unbalanced but the death of his partner at the hands of a shapeshifting monster in Detroit put him over the edge. The thrill at hunting it down and killing it made him useless for anything else, he'd found his calling. Roycroft recruited him when he got caught during his extra-circular monster hunting, killing a White Court club owner with powerful friends. His name was changes, his file classified, and he was moved to Roycroft's division. The powerful men in Detroit think he died in prison. That was twenty years ago. Unbeknownst to anyone in COD, the creature that killed his partner was a Denarian and Kevin acquired his coin after killing him. Its angel, Arioch, isn't part of Cain's greater scheme, he's a straightforward murderous psychopath which delights in hunting and killing powerful foes to prove its worth as the ultimate hunter. It fits Kevin perfectly.
