- Belial escapes but the prison guard he is joined to is on DHS watchlists and is wanted by the FBI.
- Olivia disappears, similarly wanted by the FBI and on watchlists. (She was acquitted, but was being retained in custody at the FBI's request.)
- Meili and MacNeil are in the hospital and will be there for the duration of the next scenario (at least).
- Jed and his crew skip town that night.
- Olivia accepts the protection of Martin Larios and is given the identity Kim Anderson.
- Stenstrom recovers quickly and spends the intervening weeks completing Tolliver's warden training so that he can take Wheeler's place.
