Background

Francisco Valencia Known in the Surenos as "The Jaguar" on account of his tattoo (fetish). He has spent twenty-five years in prison for the murder of two of the Mission pack's members back in the early 80s, his conviction arranged by Aguirre and the Brotherhood. His brother Miguel went up with him and he was forced to kill him. Their remaining packmate, Celina Portillo, had to flee back to Mexico, where she was eventually killed by the Brotherhood. He is a very respected member of both his Lodges. He's been working on the inside through the Mexican Mafia to continue to hurt Aguirre's business.

Renown
