A dead-end alley behind a laundromat near Belvedere and Waller popular with the street kids who prostitute themselves. It is dark and well-secluded and has been the site of numerous rapes and one murder. The locus is the light above the laundromat back door which was regularly broken to maintain the privacy of those using the alley. It’s influence covers the entire alley. The locus is claimed by Liberal Anxiety, previously Dark Man.

The locus is currently dormant.
