Cairns are sites consecrated with the Centering the Cairn rite to act as peaceful meeting places for Uratha.
Effect
Initiating violence suffers a -4 penalty unless a Willpower point is spent. Werewolves can choose a Social skill from the following list to receive a +1 bonus while within the cairn: Empathy, Expression, Persuasion, Socialize, or Subterfuge. Lastly, all rolls to resist Death Rage are made at +2.
