Description
Junkie appears as a drug addict of some sort, either pothead, speed freak, crack addict, or crystal meth junkie. Its race and appearance vary every time it is encountered.
Storytelling Hints
This spirit’s only concern is the proliferation of drug use and increasing the dependence of the people who take them.

Background
Junkie is a powerful spirit of addiction born in the opium dens of the Barbary Coast days, as were many other members of its Court within the city. It has risen to a leadership position by being less specific than its kin. Its concept unites them. It tends to spend its time moving among the drug addicts of the city, either in its mortal mask or fettered to a host. It has been some time since it Claimed anyone, but would be willing to do so if it found a suitable host.
