The Classified Operations Division (COD) of the FBI is in charge of investigations involving the supernatural and occult. It was established in 1938 and is run by Assistant Director [[Richard Roycroft]], who's been in charge since 1980. He reports to Director Isaac Harper of the Special Security Directorate (SSD), which coordinates similar groups from a number of different agencies, including the CIA's Special Directorate ("Spec D" or "D5") and the Secret Service's Special Protection Unit (SPU), and was formed in 2003 at the same time as the Department of Homeland Security.
