Power speaks almost too fast to be understood and its crackling visage is always in motion, like a standing cyclone of lightning. It is aggressive and has no hesitation about destroying the tools of those who offend it and attacking them with bursts of raw power.

Background
Power is a spirit of bound electricity serving humanity. It was originally a member of the Court of the Phoenix, but was swayed to the Silicon Court by Sutro Tower. Now it pulses through the electrical lines of San Francisco, carrying messages for the Emperor and keeping tabs on goings on in the city. It can sense anything occurring near a power line or outlet, so it has tremendous spying potential.
