- Vicki meets Tolliver outside his building and apologizes for the difficulty with Max's disappearance, says she's sending Hugh, his driver, to recant his testimony.
- Tolliver goes to be questioned by the cops, gets the DA, does a soul gaze and gets an advantage.
- Stenstrom is waiting for Tolliver when he gets home, Eva and Daisy already there, discuss Olivia.
