Watchers

The Watchers are a Seers of the Throne cabal currently operating out of San Jose. They have been monitoring occult activity in the Bay Area since the Gold Rush, never involving themselves in affairs directly but working through agents, generally Sleepers but sometimes through other cabals. Their history can be considered even older if they are considered a continuation of the original Seers cabal in the area which shared the same name and operated out of the missions, using Banishers as agents (a tactic which they are still using quite effectively in Oakland). Since the 1960s, when they have needed more direct intervention they have relied on the Sandmen.
