Background
Tracy was born in the Double Rock Projects and lost both brothers to local gang wars. She became a cop out of a need for revenge rather than any ideals about law or justice. The cops, to her, are just the biggest gang. She avoided corruption because she wouldn't deal with the gangs, but got a reputation for excessive use of force and lying to cover herself and fellow officers. She might have seen serious disciplinary action if not for the intervention of Martin Larios, who brought her into his thrall as a useful resource. She resents his power over her, as most of his thralls do, and does her best to take out her aggression on the supernatural community and to serve her own interests as best she can. She lives in a one-bedroom apartment in the Mission District, required to keep a lower profile than Martin's other thralls.
