Located in room 641A on the first of three floors owned by AT&T in the SBC building is a secret wiretap operation headed by the NSA which records all traffic flowing through the phone company's network. It has been in operation for six years, during which time it has become a locus of paranoia. The local Pure are aware of it but only have access to it from the spirit world. They do, occasionally, use it to get information on people. It is controlled by the Nuevo Reyes.
