The oldest Pure pack in the Bay Area, the People have hunted the Marin Headlands for centuries, at least. The People's own legends claim they have roamed these lands since the days of Pangaea. Originally Yelamu like the Mist Walkers, their demographics became solidly Hispanic by the 19th century due to their willingness to take in Spanish and Mexican werewolves whom their Forsaken rivals spurned in their attempts to retain cultural purity. The pack has always been dedicated to the spirits who now comprise the Court of the Dragon, even before it existed. Uratha local legends tell of mass human sacrifices performed to feed Essence to the Earth Dragon in an attempt to wake it from its slumber. Now, they quietly tend to their sleeping god and bide their time until the day when it wakes to destroy human civilization and return the Bay to its original pristine state.
