Background

Hector was born with a gift for world-walking. At the age of 9, he was in the Nevernever and saw the copulation of Queen Mab and her new White Knight. He was so awed by her beauty that it broke his mind. For the next sixteen years, he would leave her offerings in the Nevernever, starting with animals and progressing to human women (Arizona and New Mexico), always the most beautiful he could find. They would be left with increasingly elaborate Celtic ritual trappings, many copied from Fiona O'Fallon novels in the latter years. Finally, he was able to discover the identity of the Winter Knight and stalked and killed him, bringing his body to Mab at her court. She immediately made him her new Winter Knight. He's only had the position for a year, at this point. Prior to becoming knight, he was a bounty hunter.
