A fit black man in his mid-20s with short black hair, dark brown eyes, and medium brown skin. He speaks with a decidedly southern accent and always wears his green and yellow KSU (Kentucky State University) cap. He generally dresses in blue jeans, gray KSU Thorobred sweatshirt with the sleeves rolled up, and heavy boots.

Storytelling Hints
Hank is cautious, by nature, and strong-willed, so he has the patience necessary for stakeouts and stalking, which are two of his common tasks. He is educated and takes offense at people who assume, because of his accent, that he's unintelligent. He likes the city, though finds it a bit unnerving not being around people of his own ethnicity, though he certainly doesn't miss the casual southern racism. He has a great love of animals and keeps several large dogs, which watch over the house when the pack is gone.

Background
Born in rural Kentucky, Hank managed to get into college in Frankfort on a football scholarship due to his quick wits and fast speed. His studies, however, drifted away from veterinary medicine and towards folklore and crypto-zoology. He had always been fascinated by the stories his grandmother told of the things lurking in the woods and the mountains. Ironically, when his passion for the topic was threatening his school career, he became a werewolf. He made it all the way home before a pack caught up with him and his grandmother explained what he was. The routines of a rural pack began to wear on him, though, and he spent a lot of his time online talking to people in more exotic locales. It was through the internet that he met Fred and Lisa and was inducted into the lodge. When they decided to go to San Francisco, he was happy to join them. Life in a big, liberal city has taken some getting used to, but he is liking it a lot.
