Description
It appears as a giant column of fire which spins likes a tornado, howling like an oncoming frieght train.

The Great Fire exists only to destroy things through fire. It wishes only to consume the city of San Francisco and everything in it.

Background
The Great Fire was birthed in the frequently fires which destroyed the nascent San Francisco in the Barbary Coast days and achieved its current level of power with the Great Earthquake and Fire of 1906. It was with this last event that it began its relationship with the Fire-Touched of the city, becoming the totem for the Church of the Lighthouse. It spent many of the intervening years in hibernation, only woken periodically by the Pure to wreak destruction. The last time this happened was in 1989, but the Tribes of the Moon were ready and summoned the spirit to shackle it. Their knowledge of its ban allowed them to do so, though it killed the Cabelleros ritemaster and severely burned several other participants.
