Shadow

The streets of Hunter's Point are stalked by spirits of death, murder, drugs, and despair. Housing projects loom like dark towers, casting ominous shadows over the dim ghosts of other buildings, and seeth with negative spirits. Wounds are common and vast tracts of the worst parts are shoals. Police cars stalk the streets like predators, followed by motes of hate and fear.
