Locus

This old, dilapitated Victorian was once home to the original Church of Satan and belonged to the family of Anton LeVay. It was abandoned for years before the Night Stalkers got it cheap at city auction. They’ve since moved in and tried to fix up the place a little, leaving the actual locus (the Satanic altar) in place. It is still in poor condition and they have received warnings from the city that more improvement is required before it is out of risk of being condemned. The locus influences the entire first floor and a bit out onto the front and back lawns (such as they are).
