- Inform Stenstrom of what's happened, so he can inform the Senior Council, he returns with six wardens on temporary assignment.
- Research ways to defeat Caine.
- Tolliver creates a thaumaturgical mechanism for detecting Denaarians in the city using ley lines under churches.
- Help the wardens create unholy-detector crosses to wear.
- Tolliver takes a trip to Edinburgh to review Gideon's library, reads up on Abbadon.
- Daisy takes over Shrine of Vinyl, moves the bistro there as well as Tina and Oliver.
- Liv gives birth to Tolliver's son on Wed, Oct 5 in Turgut.
- Daisy hires a new barista for the bistro named Eva Chaya, who is actually Bob's mate and the reincarnation of Eve.
- Bob moves into a room above Shrine of Vinyl and is smitten with Eva.

- Bo contacts them to ask about Larios possibly smuggling Turkish artifacts, plane landed at Milas-Bodrum Airport.
- Tolliver learns that the Triple Goddess Foundation has spent the last month spending incredible amounts of money funding its dig in Turgut.
- Daisy calls the Museum of Mesoamerican Art and gets from Debbie that Meriam Trimble has been in all week, is unpacking an art shipment from Mexico.
- Break into the museum and get a look at the shipment and her papers.
- Bo call to say that the Mexican shipment was searched at the border and held up for three days to confirm the paperwork.
- Tolliver sends a bird to his great-great-grandfather that the hags are at it again.
- Bo calls later to say that the picture from Ankara was on Liv, she's pregnant, and she headed east.
- Get together with Grace and scry on the child, confirm he's in Turgut but can't scry.
- Call Bo and tell him not to go to Turgut, he'll talk to Roycroft and set up in Yatagan.
- Bo flies out to Ankara.
- Summon Shamsiel, who says that Liv doesn't listen to him anymore and might sacrifice the child willingly if Larios bids it.
- Tolliver has no luck contacting his great-great-grandfather Robert (who antagonized the hags in the first place).
- Eva contacts Mater Ishelle, who rides her so she can act as a guide through the Nevernever.
- Grace calls Lady Margaret to have her look for the hag in England, maybe at St. Paul's.
- A bird from Robert says he's dealing with his in Epheseus.
- Tolliver is unable to contact Aunt Julia, who left abruptly on family leave.
- Eva contacts Solomon to tell him what's going on.
- Tolliver recruits Larry.
- Daisy calls a big, fat Pacific Islander minor talent tattoo artist (Rongo) and gets her uterus warded (learns Gideon was a customer).
- Converge at Tolliver's.
- Grace soul-gazes Larry.
- Travel across the Nevernever and it is quiet.

- Meet malks at the border of winter and are escorted to their destination, cross into necropolis at Stratonikeia.
- Steal a truck and go into Yatagan, bribe a motel owner to give them rooms.
- End with a Minor Milestone.
