My Personal 50 Book Challenge
Welcome to another year! :)
Reading was a lot more difficult to accomplish in 2009, until I discovered the incredible convenience of ebooks. With a little tweaking of my Nintendo DS and the awesomeness of The Gutenberg Project, I was able not only to complete my 50 books, but to also introduce myself to a wealth of new authors across which I don't think I normally would have run.
This year will bring the advent of our fourth child and a brand new breastfeeding relationship, which means that I'll likely be spending a lot of time sitting in one spot for multiple hours. Prime reading opportunities! I didn't get a chance to get into more non-fiction works like I wanted to in 2009, or my pile of Spanish works. But I think 2010 will be the year. :)
