Background

Mortal Life

Barry was a middle-aged dockworker, divorced with two teenage daughters he rarely saw, who spent the majority of his time drinking with his friends and co-workers at one bar or another.

Durance

One night, Barry got very drunk and woke up in Arcadia. His Keeper forced him to assist in the creation of the potent brews for which he was renowned, claiming to have won the right in a drinking game. He has vague memories of years of hard labor and abuse during which he learned many eldritch secrets of brewcraft.
